Power Pilates
Imagine Pilates fused with strength training and you’ll have Power Pilates. Heavier weights, higher reps, challenging combinations, and invigorating power rounds. Power Pilates at Scottie’s is a transformative workout designed to push your limits both physically and mentally.

Barre Sculpt
Our Pilates and Barre fusion designed to sculpt. A high energy, musically driven class that will elevate the heart rate, cultivating endurance and strength. We utilise the barre to help tighten and tone every muscle group without the fancy ballet steps.

Ritual invites you to connect with your body and mind through a series of sculpting exercises, lengthening stretches, and a soothing unwind session. A rejuvenating experience that fosters holistic well-being and balance.
Private Sessions
Perfect if you’re beginning your Pilates journey, pre or post-natal, recovering from injury, or simply wanting a more tailored approach. A program designed specifically for you and your goals in mind. 1:1, 2:1 or small group options available.
Private Group
A fun and wholesome activity for sporting teams, workplaces, school sport, hens party or other events. In studio or location of your choice.
