5 Class Pass

$160.00 - 5 Credits

5 classes to use within 6 weeks. Perfect if you love flexibility but still want to stay consistent. Ideal for once-a-week regulars or those dipping in around busy schedules. The month starts from the first booking.

Single Class

$36.00 - 1 Credits

Perfect if you’re after a one-off Pilates fix or want to try a class before committing. Best for: spontaneous movers, travellers, or anyone wanting to experience the Scottie’s vibe. Class is valid for 1 week from purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Our classes are designed for all levels - from complete beginners to experienced clients. During your discovery call, we’ll assess your goals and suggest the best introduction that suits you.

  • Your first class will introduce you to our mat Pilates method with a focus on technique and movement quality. We emphasise precision, alignment and control so you get the most out of every session.

  • Group classes follow structured programming for multiple participants, while private sessions are personalised to your goals, body and needs. Private sessions are ideal for beginners, pre or post-natal clients, returning after injury or anyone wanting individual attention.

  • Frequency depends on your goals. Many members begin with 1–3 sessions per week, which allows for consistency and progress without overtraining. During your discovery call, we’ll help you plan a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows for movement. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended. We provide mats and any props needed for class.

  • Scottie’s Pilates is located in Wollongong CBD at Level 1 / 115 Corrimal Street, Wollongong NSW 2500.

  • Membership pauses and cancellations are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Please contact us or refer to the membership agreement for details.

  • Classes must be booked in advance using the Scottie’s Pilates website or the Glofox app. Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited.
