The Immersion is a structured four-week program designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and create sustainable movement habits inside a supportive studio community.

What’s Included

  • Train as often as you like, with a recommendation of three sessions per week to build consistency and momentum.

  • Begin with a guided sound bath session to reset your nervous system and set your intention for the month ahead.

  • A relaxed community walk followed by coffee catch-ups to support connection beyond the studio.

  • Stay connected with fellow participants for encouragement, motivation and shared progress.

  • An exclusive at-home recovery session created by Kristin to support mobility and reduce soreness between classes.

  • A celebration to mark your progress and the completion of the program.

Investment

New Clients -

$250 for four weeks.

If you continue into a Scottie’s membership at the end of the program, your $250 will be credited toward your membership.

Current Members -

$50 to participate.

If you refer a friend who joins Immersion, your participation is complimentary.

  • The Immersion is ideal for new clients wanting structure from the beginning, current members looking to reset their routine, or anyone ready to recommit to consistent training.

    All levels are welcome.

  • Unlimited classes are included, with a recommendation of three sessions per week to build strength safely and sustainably.

    Consistency matters more than intensity.

  • No. Immersion is designed to support both beginners and experienced clients. Our instructors will guide you with appropriate options and progressions.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $10 fee and count as a used session for pass holders. This helps keep spots open for those on the waitlist.

  • The Immersion runs for a fixed four-week period and cannot be paused or extended.

  • At the end of the program, you’ll have the option to transition into a Scottie’s membership to continue your progress with structure and consistency.

  • Yes. To maintain quality, accountability and community connection, places are limited.
